Wishes are funded by a network of generous community donors and fulfilled by the Covenant Care Foundation.
Must be identified as suffering from a life-limiting illness with verification of the patient's condition from a community source.
Wish Recipient must live in a Florida county served by Covenant Care.
Yes, My Wish is a program of Covenant Care. Covenant Care is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and all donations are tax deductible to the extent of IRS regulations. No goods or services are provided by Covenant Care in return for this contribution. Covenant operates as a 501(c)3 charitable organization serving Florida and Alabama. Covenant is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services.

When a wish is funded, the My Wish team contacts the family and activates a team of volunteers to fulfill the wish as soon as possible.
