Last year, Anna faced the heartbreaking loss of her father. Through our Covenant Kid’s Program, Anna and her family received compassionate support and counseling from our team at Nonie’s Place. Anna and her father shared a love for the Pensacola Ice Flyers, and thanks to My Wish, we arranged a special night on the ice with her favorite player. We were also inspired by Anna and her mother’s strength this past April as they gracefully walked the Art of Fashion runway and shared their story. As Father’s Day approaches, we hold children like Anna in our hearts, remembering those who are grieving the loss of their fathers. If your family is experiencing a loss, please don’t grieve alone.
